In my daily planner usually I structured all task into 3 categories:
- Task I want to be done Today
- Task I want to be done Tomorrow
- Task I want to be done Next Week (but not Today and Tomorrow)
In Notion you can embed Task database into one page and divide it with Toggle Heading into 3 parts
Today’s tasks
Use a filter with status “is not” “done” and due date – start is today.
Tasks for Tomorrow:
Use a filter with status “is not” “done” and due date – is tomorrow.
Tasks for the next 7 days:
Use this filter to show tasks with a due date that is not today or tomorrow but is in the next 5 days.
How is Daily planner looks like
By utilizing Notion’s task database and filter options, you can easily organize your tasks based on their due date and status. This system allows you to prioritize your daily tasks and stay on track with your schedule.
